Experts Create NEW Device That Stops People From Snoring. How It Works? WHOA!

Good news for snorers – and those who struggle sleeping next to people who snore – around the world. Experts have created a new method of treating this age-old problem. Read on for more details.

This article is for anyone who suffers with a snoring problem – or suffers from sleeping next to someone with a snoring problem.

Experts in Taiwan have developed a new device that they believe can help train a person to stop snoring at night. The Tongue Muscle Trainer is a plastic bulb in and around which people can place, stretch, and extend their tongue, training their tongue and throat muscles to stop collapsing during sleep.

To properly stretch and train the muscles in their tongue, patients need to press their tongue at particular pressures onto the bulb.

Snoring, a problem often associated with sleep apnea, happens when the muscles and tissues in a person’s throat collapses during sleep. Breathing becomes difficult then, and the sound of snoring occurs when the breath forcefully passes through the blocked air passage.

Successfully training and strengthening the tongue and throat muscles will, experts believe, help alleviate snoring problems by keeping these tissues from collapsing during sleep.

A larger trial involving 120 people diagnosed with sleep apnea is still underway in Taiwan, but smaller studies conducted by the University of Quebec have already revealed a positive correlation been using the tongue strengthening device and reducing sleeping problems by about 48%.
