The scale found that when we lose weight, we lose most of it between Tuesday and Friday—the work week, basically—and tend to fluctuate more when we hit that indulgent weekend.
I mean, think about it. The weekends are the time to go out with friends, bake cookies, sleep more than you usually would, cook more, have Sunday brunch, basically celebrate the time you have off. So why wouldn’t you gain weight?

Instead of packing them all in in a two-day period, try giving yourself an indulgent behavior or food every other day.
