It’s almost July, but the search for the perfect bikini body workout isn’t over! Luckily, fitness blogger Cassey at Blogilates has you covered. Forget watching a twenty-minute video to learn one ab workout, because everything you need to work your entire body is in this video!
This workout only takes eight minutes but get this: it works your whole body! It’s beginner friendly, but it’ll kick your butt no matter how fit you are. You don’t need any special equipment. You don’t even need shoes!
The workout is split up into four moves for two minutes each, designed to attack all of the bikini body hotspots:
- For a flat belly and core: leg-up crunches.
- For toned arms and upper body: up-up down-downs.
- For the bikini booty: fire hydrant butt kick combo.
- For slimmer thighs: sideways scissors.
That’s it! Now get to work, and get that bikini body!
