She Takes Fresh Fruit And Makes Healthy Otter Pops! BEST Summer Treat EVER!

Growing up, we all longed for summer to hurry up and get here so we could lounge poolside with our favorite otter pops. Thanks to this tutorial, you can now make your own otter pops--without the added sugar!

Nothing brings back summer vacation nostalgia quite like an ice cold otter pop. With fruity flavors and fun colors, these pool party staples were every kid’s favorite summer dessert.

Flash forward 10 years, and you’re probably a little too old to be eating otter pops—mostly because you now know how bad all those added sugars are for your teeth and waistline.

But thanks to this awesome tutorial by POPSUGAR Food, you can make your very own grown-up otter pops, without rotting your teeth!

In the video below, Brandi Milloy shows us how to create delicious DIY otter pops using frozen fruit, water, and just a little bit of yogurt.

To make these super healthy frosty treats, you’ll need a food processor/blender, plastic baggies, and either a food sealer or small ties.

Here are the ingredients you need to make The Berry Best:
2 cups frozen raspberries
2 cups frozen strawberries
1 cup water
1 ½ cups vanilla yogurt

Here are the ingredients you need to make The Orange You:
1 can Pineapple Mandarin Orange Palm Breeze (contains alcohol)
4 cups fresh pineapple
1 cup mandarin oranges

Here are the ingredients you need to make The Green Goddess:
2 kiwis (diced)
1 pear (sliced)
4 cups coconut water

Once you’re finished making your delicious fruit pops, keep them in the freezer for at least 8 hours, or overnight!
