Are you trying to eat better but don't know where to start? The easiest thing you can do is to simply swap out some of your food choices for a healthier alternative.

For example, instead of mayo on your next sandwich (mayo is incredibly high in calories and has virtually no nutritional value), try an avocado instead! You'll get some really healthy fats while cutting your calories.

How about sugar? Instead of your usual run-of-the-mill white cane sugar, try coconut sugar. While it's still sugar (so don't overdo it!), coconut sugar has quite a bit more nutritional value than white sugar.

If you're looking to flavor your favorite dish with some salt, cut back and try adding herbs instead! Rosemary, for example, can actually help with circulation and boost your memory.
