We have all seen some strange things over the years but this one might just take the cake!
From what we can see in this video, it looks like a bunch of senior citizens in their wheel chairs, being towed behind a Chevrolet Suburban in an open metal trailer during a lightning storm!
If anyone can explain this video to us, it would greatly be appreciated.
