Oneal Ron Morris, 36 years old, was nicknamed the “Toxic Tush” doctor after she used Super Glue and Fix-a-Flat tire sealant to her patients for the purpose of enlarging their buttocks, which led to one of them to die, the New York Post reports. Morris, who’s transgender, was sentenced to ten years in prison.

Morris was tried in Florida’s Broward County court after she plead guilty to manslaughter and implanting her patients with the deadly toxic mixture, according to CBS Miami.

Shatarka Nuby, 31 years old, died after she reportedly received ten injections from the doctor within three years. Nuby paid Morris around $2,000 for the devastating procedures.

Nuby’s Juanita told the court, “There’s no closure. Putting [Morris] in jail won’t bring her back.”

Morris is not a licensed doctor. The mixture that she injected to her patients contained silicone, mineral oil, Fix-a-Flat tire sealant, cement, and Super Glue. This would give the patients, who are all women, rounder buttocks.

Some of her patients appeared in court to testify against Morris and about their experiences with the procedure and its aftermath. They initially thought that the silicone used were medical-grade, but started to doubt its authenticity after they started feeling sick.

Kisha Jones, a victim, said, “You gave us your word that the products you were using was A-1 products. And come to find out they were not. Maybe in the beginning, but greed really took over, because you were pocketing the money from every victim.”

According to Sun Sentinel, Morris told the judge, “I’m not a danger to society. This whole experience has taught me a lot about how people will try to destroy my life. I just want to put it behind me."

Morris did the procedure on herself as well. Morris had been hiding from the police since 2010. She improvised a shelter insider her black Mercedes Benz and occasionally staying in to her friends’ houses.

Miami Gardens Police Sergeant Bill Bamford told WPLG-TV in 2011, “Short time later, she [the victim] develops very serious pains in her abdomen, throughout her body. She knows something’s wrong.”

Bamford added, “[Morris] was readily introduced to our victim as someone who could help improve her shape, so we believe [she’s] done this to other people.”

Sherri Pitts, Shatarka’s mother, said, “My daughter died the most inhumane death, 18 months she suffered with not knowing the full of what he put in her body. The doctors couldn’t do anything until they knew what portion they put in her body.”
