Watch This 41-Week Pregnant Mother-To-Be Power Through Her Workout

Sara Wiss is a personal coach who works for Nike in Stockholm – and also a new mother who has continued to document her workouts even through her pregnancy. A video of her workout when she was 41-weeks pregnant has gone viral for an incredible reason. Watch it here.

A personal trainer from Stockholm has become an overnight Internet sensation. Sara Wiss, a personal coach who works for Nike, has always shared pictures and videos of her workouts on her Instagram to give others inspiration.

Even after she got pregnant in early 2016, she continued to work out and post the same photos and videos, each subsequent post featuring her and her ever-growing baby bump.

One of Wiss’ most recent videos is a clip of her doing pull-ups, baby bump fully visible, when she’s 41 weeks pregnant.

She’s only able to do five before she drops off the bar, but considering the fact that she’s technically doing a pull-up for two people, it’s already a fairly impressive feat in and of itself.

And this clip definitely reminds us that we’re extremely delayed on getting ourselves to the gym to keep to our New Year’s resolutions.

Even more recently, though, Wiss shared a photo of her newborn son, who was born on January 3. If her pregnancy fitness posts are any indication, we’re certain that Wiss will be back up and at ‘em sooner, rather than later – and she’ll continue inspiring people across the Internet with her determination.
