Californian dermatologist Dr. Sandra Lee, also known as Dr. Pimple Popper, performed a surgery on the corner of the left eye of a male patient to remove one of the most monstrous cysts that she ever captured on tape for her YouTube channel.

According to the patient, the large lump between his left eye and his nose has been growing bigger and bigger. He said that it’s also been affecting his relationship with his family as well as his social life.

Dr. Lee has to constantly relieve him from his worries prior to the surgery, as doctors usually do.

The patient as well as Dr. Lee believes that the completion and success of this surgery will surely change his life for the better.

After she sliced a thin slit on the lump, she began to put pressure on it with light taps with her fingers and gave it a little squeeze. A squeeze that had white, long, worm-like, sebaceous cysts coming out as if it’s removing itself willingly from the skin. It’s like a pastry dough being

By the end of the surgery, Dr. Lee said, “We almost have the whole thing.” She encountered some parts that have calcified over time and would seem to require a second surgery to complete prevent the thing from coming back.

Although she checked the area if there are any cysts left. Afterwards, she confirmed that they’re all gone and won’t have to regenerate.

The patient said, “My family is going to be much happier. Every time I see my grandma she says, ‘When are you going to get that removed?’”

To which Dr. Lee lightly responds, “You’re a regular two-eye guy now. They say that they call them a third eye blind.”

According to the description for the video:

An epidermoid cyst (Epidermal Inclusion cyst, Infundibular cyst), is a benign growth commonly found in the skin and typically appears on the face, neck or trunk, but can occur anywhere on the body. Another name used is “sebacous cyst” but this is actually an antiquated misnomer, and is not a term used by dermatologists.
