This YouTuber Adds Human Sperm To Her Smoothies, Claiming It Keeps Her From Catching The Flu

This isn't the first time YouTube star Tracy Kiss has received attention for the unconventional things she does with sperm. You'll have to watch her video to truly believe it for yourself.

29-year-old mother-of-two, Tracy Kiss, recently told The Sun that her secret to staying healthy and keeping her immune system strong is drinking semen in her smoothies.

After discussing the matter with a close, trusted male friend (who confirmed he doesn't smoke and completed an STI test beforehand), Kiss now has a working relationship with him where she accepts his sperm donation.

According to Kiss, the sperm "can taste really good," but it depends on "what [he] has been eating." She'll even ask him to give her warning when he does eat certain foods like asparagus or has been drinking, so she knows when she shouldn't just take his sperm as a "shot," because it'll taste worse than usual.

Kiss has been questioned by her YouTube followers, as well as her friends in real life, but she sticks to her decision, claiming, "I’d been feeling run down and had no energy, but now [after drinking sperm in my smoothies] I’m full of beans and my mood has improved."

This isn't the first time Kiss has done something unconventional with human sperm.

Just a year ago, she released a video of her demonstrating how to do a sperm facial.

Kiss rubs her friend's sperm into her skin, leaving it on anywhere between five and 20 minutes before rinsing it off again. The facial feels "cooling and soothing," a bit like chewing mint gum, apparently.

She does address others' concerns, saying, "I think people are concerned with the thought of putting semen on their face but actually it's a very natural and healthy thing to do."

For Kiss, sperm facials have helped her combat and control her rosacea, a skin condition that causes tiny bumps and unsightly red patches to appear across her face.

At present, there isn't enough evidence for beauticians and doctors to completely get behind Kiss' unconventional ways of using sperm.
