California native John Glaude has many reasons to be proud of himself.

Over the past two years, he set out on a weight loss journey and is now considered a “beast” and fitness inspiration on the Internet. In his videos, he talks about his own weight loss journey; challenges of losing weight; and healthy, low-calorie options while eating out.

At his heaviest, Glaude weighed 360 pounds and was having trouble keeping up with his friends because of his bulk.

Now, Glaude is 160 pounds lighter – weighing in at 200 pounds – and feels much healthier, as well as much happier.

But in spite of Glaude’s success, he confesses that he still feels insecure about his body – but only when he’s unclothed.

While clothed, he feels fine, great even.

It’s only when his clothes come off, and others can see the loose cellulite hanging around Glaude’s body, that he begins to feel insecure again.

Glaude’s loose skin hangs around his arms, his chest, stomach, and even his thighs. Throughout the video, he tugs at his skin to demonstrate just how much of it there is, and explains how he tries to hide it as best he can with his clothes.

You can see his face become flushed as the video continues, but in the end, Glaude concludes by saying that he still does feel good about himself. He’s proud of the way he looks, and nothing will change that.

“I’m happy with where I’ve come and where I am now. I’m not walking around the beach with my shirt off, but this is who I am, and I’m proud of it.”
