Want to look sexy in sleeveless dresses or tank tops? Get your arms in shape with Kelsey Lee in today’s XHIT workout. This series will take you through a dozen exercises to strengthen your shoulders, biceps and triceps. The more muscle you build, the more fat you burn and the better you look.
The workout is broken into 20 to 60 second increments, and you’ll be doing between five and 15 reps of each exercise. Simple, right? You can use weights to increase your burn; three-pounders work well. If you can’t keep your form, opt for lighter weights. If you don’t have any, you can still do this one; just grab a couple of cans of food from the pantry. You may want a heavier weight for some of the triceps work.

1. Standing V raise
2. Shoulder press
3. Kickbacks
4. Triceps extension
5. In and out curls
6. Inside curls
7. Reverse fly
8. Havyk raises
9. Dips
10. Push ups
11. Reverse curls
12. Curl holds
