Some mornings, I’m a little slow to wake up. Maybe I stayed up too late, or sometimes I just slept weird. Whatever the reason, I wake up groggy, with tension gripping my shoulders, back, and hips. This 15-minute yoga routine by Brett Larkin is an easy, relaxing way to get a start to your day.
