This Simple Tip Will Change The Way You Eat Salad

Tired of soggy salads? Use this recipe to keep your greens fresh and crisp!

Do you ever put your salad in a Tupperware for work, go to take it out at lunchtime, and realize that all of your ingredients have gone soggy? Even if you keep your dressing separate, everything still seems to look wetter, limper, and sadder than when you packed your happy little salad in the morning.

Next time you bring salad to work, bring it in a mason jar!

Mason jars are already the trendiest way to transport your smoothies, overnight oats, and tea, so why not use them to keep your salad ingredients separated until you need them?

This tutorial not only shows you how to effectively store your salad so it stays dry and looks beautiful, but it also comes with a delicious salad recipe! Here’s the recipe, courtesy of HealthNutNutrition, and be sure to watch the fun tutorial to see how it’s done!
