This workout, from Fitness Blender, is one of my favorites. I’ve been looking for months for a way to get back my defined triceps and biceps that I had in my younger days, and this one really does the trick. It works all parts of the arm and upper body, without needing any free weights or equipment. And the best part is, it only takes seven minutes! It has seven simple bodyweight exercises for your arms and upper body, and will burn fat and build lean muscle tone in no time.
This video includes short tutorials for each move and contains a guided workout so that you can follow along. I don’t know about you, but I already feel the burn.
