Do you love blackberries? Of course! It’s summer, which means they’re in season, and they’re rich in vitamin C, which is great for your hair and skin.
So why not put them into an awesome, healthy smoothie? This smoothie recipe only has five ingredients: blackberries, banana, yogurt, honey, and water. If you have a substitution you’d like to make, go for it!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of frozen blackberries
- 1 banana
- ½ cup of yogurt
- 1 tbsp of honey
- 1 cup of cold water
Add all items to the blender, from liquid to solid. Blend on high for 30 seconds. Run smoothie through a strainer to get rid of blackberry seeds, if preferred. Serve and enjoy!
