The TRUTH About Fiber... What You REALLY Need To Know About It!

Dr. Eric Berg is here to debunk all of the most popular myths about following a high-fiber diet. Check out this eye-opening video now!

People tend to follow high-fiber diets when they want to lose weight and help their digestion move smoothly.

But, according to Dr. Eric Berg, consuming too much fiber—even in the form of healthy fruits and vegetables—may cause a lot more harm than good.

In this eye-opening video, Berg debunks some of the most common myths surrounding fiber.

Contrary to popular belief, he explains, a high-fiber diet will do nothing to prevent colon cancer or breast cancer, nor can it do much to reduce the risk of heart disease on its own.

Most healthy eaters add more fiber to their diet when they want to lose weight, since high-fiber foods are so filling.

But what’s the point of eating these healthy foods to lose weight if they just end up making you feel gassy and bloated?

Some people are more sensitive to fiber-dense foods than others, but time and time again, cruciferous veggies are usually the culprits behind a healthy eater’s bloated belly.

Broccoli, spinach, Brussel sprouts, kale—eating these can cause immediate, painful bloating.

Berg recommends juicing green veggies if you’re sensitive to bloating. This will help you take advantage of all the nutrients—besides the fiber—so you can eat healthy without feeling bloated.

Check out all of Berg’s healthy eating tips in the video below now!
