Love ice cream, but hate ruining your diet? If you’re like every other person on the planet, you’d do just about anything to find a healthier version of ice cream that doesn’t taste like flavored water and air.
In this easy-to-follow tutorial, YouTuber Jessie Cari shows viewers how to make a super simple version of Nice cream.
This low-fat “ice cream” tastes just as delicious as any ice cream you’ve ever tasted before—but it’s not!
Instead of using milk, sugar, and cream to satisfy your sweet tooth, all you need to make Nice cream are two bananas and a blender.
Nice cream is a healthy alternative for anybody trying to lose weight or avoid dairy—plus it tastes amazing!
As Jessie says in the video below, you should try to use spotted bananas, since they’re softer and sweeter.
Once you’ve sliced your bananas into small pieces, simply store them in the freezer overnight (or 8 hours), and stick them in the blender when you’re ready for dessert.
You don’t need to add milk, juice, or water! The frozen bananas should blend nicely into a thick consistency that resembles soft serve ice cream.
After you’ve reached a texture you like, choose any toppings you want. You can add peanut butter, berries, almonds, chocolate—anything!
Nice cream is so healthy and easy to make that you’ll never be tempted to walk down the ice cream aisle again!
