Summer is a time for being outside and soaking up the sun whenever you can. So, who really has the time to cook?
You should be able to enjoy the warm weather without having to worry about prepping healthy meals for later.
When it comes to summer, we tend to snack on unhealthy junk food or go out to eat to avoid cooking in the kitchen.
This summer, let’s try something different! You can still have fun in the sun and make healthy meals at home that really only take a few minutes out of your day.

Chicken Pita Club
Whole wheat pita bread
Grilled chicken breasts
Cherry tomatoes
1 avocado
1 lime
Strawberry Lemonade Slush
8 strawberries
1 Crystal Light packet
A few cups of ice
Water
S’More Cupcakes
Butter
Graham crackers
Marshmallows
Chocolate chips
Cupcake tins
