When you're wondering around the grocery store trying to figure out what foods to buy for the week, it can be hard to determine which foods are most nutritious--there are simply too many options!

One thing we have learned over time is that just because something says it's "natural," "organic," or has some health-related claim on the packaging, that doesn't always mean that it's nutritious and good for you.

So how do you tell?

One amazing tool you have at your disposal is the nutrition label. You can tell the ingredients, the fat, sodium, carb, sugar, and protein content--it's a transparency companies can't really get around.

But what about the foods in the produce section? How do you know how many calories you're eating or how many grams of sugar you might be adding to your breakfast oatmeal?
