We've all had those days: you're not entirely sure why, but suddenly you feel like your stomach is popping out (was it doing this yesterday?!), you feel puffy, run-down, and just irregular.

Feeling bloated or having an upset stomach is not only really uncomfortable, but it can be really irritating when you're trying to look and feel your best.

What can you do to reduce the bloating and feel regular again?

Easy! Try one of these super-simple smoothie recipes with ingredients that are amazing for an upset stomach, bloating, or irregularity. The key ingredients you need in a stomach-soothing smoothie are ginger, oatmeal, mint, and yogurt. You can mix and max any of those ingredients, use all of them, or pick one or two.

Check out the recipes below, and try adding different amounts of each to see what you like best. If you want a thinner smoothie (close to a juice consistency), simply add more liquids. If you want a thick smoothie, try adding less liquid.
