Overnight oatmeal might be the answer to all your breakfast woes.
Simply mix everything in a jar, close the lid, pop in the fridge, and ta-da! You have a tasty, healthy, unprocessed breakfast that will keep you full until lunch.

Make sure you get regular steel-cut oatmeal, not the instant oatmeal you generally use for oatmeal cookies. That way, you'll get loads of fiber and a hearty taste!
